The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Geneva man on a petit larceny charge.
The arrest of Lawrence Sulliavan stems from an incident that occurred on February 2nd at a business in the town of Tyre. It is alleged that the 32-year-old entered the business and stole merchandise without paying for it.
Sulliavan was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in Tyre Town Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
