On Thursday, November 14th, 2024, at 11:01 am, Tiffany Royce, age 32, of Fulton,
New York, was arrested following a shoplifting incident at Walmart Super Center. Royce stole merchandise and left the
property without making any attempt to pay for the merchandise in her
possession. Royce was taken into custody and charged with Petit larceny, a
misdemeanor. Royce was issued an appearance ticket with a future court date to
answer for the charge.
