A Fulton man was arrested by State Police on a warrant issued out of Yates County.
Jeremy Danielewicz was transferred from State Police in Fulton to the custody of the Yates County Sheriff’s Office.
The 28-year-old was subsequently transported to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await CAP Court arraignment.
