A Fulton man was arrested by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office Tuesday night on a warrant.
Deputies arrested Bayron Martinez-Perez following a traffic stop that occurred in Ontario County. It is alleged that on March 17th, Martinez-Perez was driving while his ability was impaired by alcohol in the town of Lyons. The 34-year-old was issued multiple citations but failed to appear for his court date.
Martinez-Perez was transported to the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office for further processing before being transported to Wayne County Jail where he awaits CAP arraignment.
Martinez-Perez is scheduled to appear in Lyons Town Court at a later date.
