A Freeville man has been accused of having sexual contact with a teen.
State Police report arresting 54-year old Richard Couch, Thursday, for allegedly engaging in sexual contact with a 16-year old.
He was taken to the Cayuga County Jail for arraignment.
Couch has been charged with Criminal Sex Act and Luring a Child, both felonies.
Police are asking anyone who may have had contact with Couch to contact them at 315-255-2767.
