A Florida woman turned herself in to the Penn Yan Police Department Monday on three outstanding warrants.
Abdez Cuza Rodriguez was wanted for allegedly having failed to appear on vehicle and traffic charges and two separate charges of bail jumping.
The 30-year-old was held for centralized arraignment due to having failed to appear within the last two years
