The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports 35-year old Ashley Evans, who was in the jail’s custody.
She was arrested Tuesday as a fugitive from justice for a violation of probation warrant issued from Virginia.
Evans remained in the jail’s custody for the next CAP Court Proceedings and will appear before the Ontario County Court at a later date for extradition proceedings.
