An 18-year-old from Farmington was arrested on Halloween following the investigation for the report of a family trouble.
Dominic Rivera was accused of violating the refrain from order of protection put in place between him and the protected party.
Rivera was brought to the Ontario County Jail where he was being held pending arraignment on a criminal contempt charge.
