Farmington Man Facing Assault and Obstruction Charges

On Tuesday, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Farmington man following an investigation into a reported domestic disturbance.

At approximately 7:36 p.m., deputies took 43-year-old Timothy Pixley into custody without incident at a State Route 96 residence. The arrest stems from an investigation into an incident that allegedly occurred on Monday while inside a vehicle in the Town of Farmington. It is alleged that Pixley intentionally caused physical injury to a victim.

Pixley has been charged with Assault in the Third Degree and Criminal Obstruction of Breathing. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
