A Farmington man was arrested Tuesday on a bench warrant.
The warrant for Damian Smith, Junior was indicted on a bench warrant issued out of Ontario County Court.
Smith was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held to await arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
