A Fairport man has been arrested for allegedly using fraudulent credit cards at Bristol Mountain Ski Resort.

According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, on several occasions, Joseph Franchuk used fraudulent credit cards to purchase day passes for the ski resort. The 19-year-old would get his money back while also receiving the day pass. This act allegedly resulted in a financial loss of $544.00 for Bristol Mountain.
