The Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of an Elmira woman.
Victoria Krnotch was charged with Cruelty to Animals and Abandonment of animals after a complaint on South Genesee Street in the village of Montour Falls back in October.
Krnotch was released on appearance tickets for Montour Falls Village Court.
