An Elmira man faces charges of resisting arrest and criminal impersonation following an incident in Schuyler County.
Justis Moffe is accused of providing false identification to sheriff’s deputies and fleeing the scene on foot in an attempt to avoid being arrested.
Moffe was released on appearance tickets for Hector Town Court.
