Elmira Man Arrested on Two Schuyler County Warrants

An Elmira man was taken into custody by the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office on two warrants.

The two outstanding arrest warrants for Scott Chimileski were out of the village of Odessa and village of Montour Falls courts.

The 37-year-old was released to appear in both courts on a future date.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
