Elmira Man Arrested on Ontario County Family Court Warrant

An Elmira man was arrested by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office on a Family Court Warrant on Monday night.

Wayne Miller was turned over by the Chemung County Sheriff’s Office following an incident in Elmira.

The 42-year-old Miller was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he is being held pending his next court appearance.

The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
