A traffic stop on State Route 14 in the village of Watkins Glen resulted in the arrest of an Elmira man.
According to the Schuyler County Sheriff’s Office, Marshall Timm was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle after it was found he was driving on a suspended license.
The 31-year-old Timm was released on an appearance ticket for Watkins Glen Village Court.
