A Dundee woman was arrested by Penn Yan Police for allegedly driving on a suspended license following a traffic stop on Wednesday.
38-year-old Christine Derr was observed driving on Liberty Street while allegedly having a suspended New York State registration. A check of her license also showed it was suspended. Derr was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, operating while registration suspended, operating without insurance, and driving an uninspected motor vehicle.
Derr was released on appearance tickets for Penn Yan Village Court.
