A Dundee woman has been arrested on a perjury charge.
The Yates County District Attorney’s Office alleges 58-year-old Mary Cooper gave false testimony while under oath during a September 29th court proceeding in Penn Yan Village Court.
Following her arrest, Cooper was released on an appearance ticket.
