A Dundee man was ticketed by Penn Yan Police following a traffic stop in the village Sunday night.
An investigation revealed 34-year-old Anthony Boggio was driving a car under a suspended non-driver’s ID only. He was ticketed with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and unlicensed operator.
Boggio will appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
