A 20-year-old Dundee man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office following the investigation into a domestic incident.
Dakota O’Shaughnessy is accused of subjecting another person in his household to unwanted physical contact.
O’Shaughnessy was charged with harassment and was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
