A Dundee man was arrested by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a warrant issued out of Starkey Town Court.
Elwood Hilligus, Junior, was arrested for allegedly damaging property during a domestic incident in front of a child under the age of 17.
Hilligus was transported to the Yates County Jail and was held for arraignment in Yates County CAP Court.
