The investigation into an incident that happened earlier this month in the village of Dundee has resulted in the arrest of a Dundee man.
It is alleged that on August 9th, Scott Ovenshire subjected another person to unwanted physical contact and acted in a threatening manner. Ovenshire was charged with harassment and menacing as a result.
Ovenshire was brought to the Yates County Jail to await arraignment.
