An incident that took place Tuesday night in the village of Dundee resulted in the arrest of a 40-year-old Dundee man.
An investigation revealed Michael Hoke had submitted another person to unwanted physical contact during a dispute. Hoke was charged with harassment.
Hoke was issued a summons to appear in Starkey Town Court at a later date.
