A Dundee man was arrested Tuesday by the Yates County Sheriff’s Office on a harassment charge.
An investigation revealed that Ethan Bailey allegedly subjected another family member to unwanted physical contact at a location on Highland Drive.
The 32-year-old was taken into custody and brought back to the Yates County Public Safety Building to await arraignment.
