A one-car rollover accident that happened late Sunday afternoon in Yates County is under investigation.
40-year-old Gregory Johnson of Naples was driving on State Route 245 just north of Parish Hill Road when his car went off the road, struck a tree stump and overturned. Johnson was taken to the hospital by Naples Ambulance for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
Johnson’s 13-year-old passenger was checked over by EMS at the scene and turned over to a parent.
Charges are pending the outcome of the investigation.
Naples Fire and Naples Ambulance assisted the sheriff’s office at the accident scene.
