An accident on Collett Road in Farmington resulted in the arrest of a Shortsville man.
48-year-old Carlos Camilo-Fernandez is accused of going off the road, striking a road sign and tree with his car. An investigation determined Camilo-Rodriguez was driving while intoxicated. He was charged with drunken driving and issued tickets for speeding, unlicensed operation, disobeying a traffic control device, and failure to stop at a stop sign.
Camilo-Fernandez was ordered to appear in Farmington Town Court at a later date.
