A Rochester man was charged with DWI following a traffic stop in Ontario County after he was allegedly seen driving over 95 miles per hour.
Devin Redsicker was pulled over at the intersection of County Road 15 and County Road 40 in the town of Richmond.
Redsicker was ticketed for drunken driving, having an open alcoholic beverage container inside the car, moving left of pavement markings, failure to use a turn signal, loud muffler, inadequate plate lamps and speeding in excess of 95 miles per hour.
Redsicker will appear in Richmond Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
