The driver of the car police say ran a red light in Seneca County was arrested for allegedly driving while under the influence of drugs.
Following the traffic stop Friday night in the town of Waterloo, Jonathan Carnicelli was placed into custody and charged with Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Carnicelli, of Seneca Falls, was processed and released on an appearance ticket for Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
