The driver involved in a personal injury car crash in Seneca Falls back on July 2nd has been arrested.
Seneca Falls Police say a blood draw that was taken at the hospital following the accident indicated 74-year-old Sherida Sutherland was intoxicated when the crash occurred. The Hector resident was charged Wednesday with driving while intoxicated, driving with a BAC greater than .08% and failure to use a designated lane of travel.
Sutherland was issued an appearance ticket for Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.
