Charges have been filed against the Erie County man involved in a one-car accident last month in the town of Barrington.
Mason Morley was driving southwest on State Route 230 when his car crossed the center line and went off the road and into a ditch on April 26th. The 25-year-old Depew resident was ejected and suffered an injury to his arm which required him to be airlifted to Strong.
On Wednesday, Morley was charged with DWI While Ability Impaired by Alcohol, no seat belt, speeding, and failure to keep right.
