The investigation into an incident that happened in the area of Ridge Road and State Route 350 in the town of Ontario resulted in the arrest of a Webster man.
Richard Schimpf is accused of throwing an object out of the window of his moving car, which struck the windshield of the victim’s car which was also moving. The amount of damage reportedly exceeded $1,500.
Schimpf is charged with criminal mischief and was brought to the Wayne County Jail following his arrest to await arraignment.
