Driver Accused of Giving False Name After Seneca County Accident

A property damage accident in Seneca County resulted in the arrest of a 24-year-old Tonawanda man.

While investigating the accident, Donald Spencer is accused of giving a false name and date of birth to deputies to avoid the consequences of only having a New York State non-driver ID while operating a commercial motor vehicle.

Spencer was charged with false personation and was released on appearance tickets for Waterloo Town Court.
