An alleged domestic disturbance that was happening inside a car on Sunday in Seneca Falls resulted in the arrest of a 38-year-old Owego man.
While investigating the disturbance, it was determined that James Thesing was allegedly driving the car while intoxicated. Thesing was charged with Driving While Intoxicated and Driving with a 0.08% or more BAC.
Thesing was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility to await arraignment.
