Dog Seized from Seneca Falls Resident After Welfare Check

Seneca Falls Police arrested a 19-year-old resident following a welfare check.

Kelli Minery is accused of not providing proper sustenance and maintaining inadequate living conditions for her dog. Minery was charged with failing to provide proper sustenance under the Agriculture and Market Law and was issued an appearance ticket.

The dog was seized by authorities.
