Dispute Leads Penn Yan Man to Strike Neighbor’s Tractor With Truck

Police say a Penn Yan man drove his pickup truck through a field and crossed a ditch to strike a tractor on the road his neighbor was driving.

The Sunday night incident happened after deputies had just left the Oliver Road location for a dispute involving the neighbors.

64-year-old Christopher Case was charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment, criminal mischief, Driving While Intoxicated Common Law, and Driving While Intoxicated With A BAC of .08% or higher.
