A Steuben County man who was providing private music lessons to a 13-year-old has been arrested on two felony counts following a nearly three-month-long investigation.

State Police launched their investigation into Thomas Killian back in March after he allegedly gave the teen indecent material. The 58-year-old Killian was charged this week with disseminating indecent material to a minor and tampering with physical evidence, both felonies, and misdemeanor endangering the welfare of a child.

Killian was released to appear in Corning City Court on Tuesday.
