A Corning man has been arrested on child porn charges following a several-month investigation by New York State Police.
After receiving a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, troopers began an investigation which led to a search warrant being executed at Kevin Pilon’s home. The search allegedly resulted in the seizure of a large amount of child sexual abuse material being stored on the 59-year-old’s computer.
Pilon was charged with Promoting a Sexual Performance By a Child and Possessing a Sexual Performance By a Child, both felonies.
Pilon was processed by state police and taken to the Steuben County Jail for CAP arraignment.
