The investigation into a larceny in the town of Rose by the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office resulted in the arrest of a Clyde woman.
Tracey Lippert is accused of stealing over $80 worth of merchandise from the Dollar General.
Lippert was charged with petit larceny and she was released on an appearance ticket for Rose Town Court.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
