A Clyde man faces charges after a Sunday morning accident in the town of Galen.
Fredy Aguilarlopez was driving on State Route 31 near Benning Road when his car left the roadway and went into a ditch. After sheriff’s deputies arrived on scene, Aguilarlopez was administered standardized field sobriety tests, which he failed. The 31-year-old was charged with aggravated DWI and moving from lane unsafely.
Aguilarlopez was released on an appearance ticket for Galen Town Court.
