Clyde Man Accused of Violating Order of Protection

A Clyde man faces charges following his arrest Sunday night following an investigation into a domestic incident.

Deputies arrested 61-year-old Michael Sakowski after he allegedly got into a verbal argument with the victim and refused to leave their home. It is further alleged that in doing so, Sakowski violated a Stay Away Order of Protection issued out of Galen Town Court. Sakowski was charged with criminal contempt and aggravated family offense.

Sakowski was brought to Wayne County Jail to await arraignment.
