On Monday, Neomi Naranjo of Clifton Springs was taken into custody by authorities following a police investigation into a physical domestic incident in the Town of Phelps.
The 22-year-old was arrested at approximately 2:45 P.M. and accused of committing Assault in the Second Degree. Following the investigation, Naranjo was transported to the Ontario County Jail for processing and was subsequently arraigned at the Centralized Arraignment Part (CAP) Court.
Naranjo was released following her appearance and is scheduled to be supervised by the probation department.
