A Clifton Springs woman was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital after being involved in a two-car accident in the town of Manchester on Thursday morning.
According to the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office, Helen Pearl was attempting to turn left onto Spring Run Drive from State Route 96 when she was rear-ended by a pickup truck driven by William Corino, also of Clifton Springs.
An investigation determined Corino was following too closely when he struck Pearl.
Finger Lakes Ambulance transported Pearl to Strong Memorial Hospital for undisclosed injuries.
