The investigation into a motor vehicle accident in the area of Route 104 and Coleman Road in the town of Victory resulted in the arrest of a Cattaraugus County man.
According to the Cayuga County Sheriff’s Office, Harold Hensel was driving west on Route 104 when the truck he was driving went off the south shoulder of the road and into a ditch. It was determined that Hensel was driving while intoxicated.
Hensel was charged with Felony DWI due to a previous conviction within the last ten years and felony aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Following CAP Court arraignment, Hensel was released on appearance tickets for Victory Town Court.
