Penn Yan Police arrested a Canandaigua woman following an early Friday morning traffic stop.
Darlene Flansburg was found to be driving a car in the village while having a suspended license due to a prior DWI incident.
Flansburg was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and was released to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
