Penn Yan Police arrested 70-year-old Marilyn Hampson of Canandaigua following a traffic stop on North Main Street.
According to police, Hampson was found to be driving with a suspended New York State driver’s license issued out of the City of Canandaigua.
She was issued a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in Penn Yan Village Court at a later date.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation, and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
