The investigation into a physical family trouble early Wednesday morning in the town of Canandaigua resulted in the arrest of a Canandaigua resident.
The alleged incident at Brentwood Apartments resulted in Shannon Clay’s arrest on aggravated family offense charges.
Clay was brought to the Ontario County Jail to await CAP arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
