A Canandaigua woman has been arrested on a charge of aggravated family offense following an investigation by the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office.
The charges against Shannon Clay stem from a domestic incident that happened on September 18th in the town of Canandaigua.
Clay was sent to the Ontario County Jail and will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
