A Canandaigua woman was sent to Ontario County Jail to await arraignment following her arrest in the city.
19-year-old Morgan Ellis is alleged to have threatened to strangle and kill a person at another location. She was charged with harassment.
Following her arrest, Ellis was transported to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment.
The fact that a defendant has been charged with a crime is merely an accusation and the defendant is presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
