A Canandaigua man was arested for driving while intoxicated on Saturday following a traffic stop at the intersection of State Route 332 and North Road in the town of Canandaigua.
Following his arrest, Julian Mantione was sent to the Ontario County Jail where it was determined his blood alcohol content was .08% through the use of a Datamaster instrument. Mantione was processed and issued Uniform Traffic Tickets for stopping or parking on a highway and driving while intoxicated.
Mantione will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date.
