A 28-year-old Canandaigua woman was arrested on two counts of endangering the welfare of a child following the investigation into a disturbance at a Saltonstall Street address earlier this month.
The investigation determined Melodie Webb had struck another person in the head several times in the presence of a child.
Webb was sent to the Ontario County Jail for arraignment at CAP Court.
